• All prices are shown in pound sterling and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made through available checkout methods.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

• We deliver to the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
• We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, or BFPO addresses.
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when signed for or delivered to the address provided.

• Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty only, covering manufacturing defects.
• This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• The warranty does not cover: breakages caused by baggage handlers, misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• All website content (logos, text, images) is owned or licensed by Multi Channel Creative Ltd.
• Unauthorised use is prohibited.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
