Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are processed only after inspection.
Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted or exchange items.
Shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by easyBags.
Please notify us of faulty or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
