Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty Goods

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed only after inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted or exchange items.
  • Shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by easyBags.
  • Please notify us of faulty or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
